Hey Everyone
: I have been talking to my sis who is a nurse and she has suggested I get more FIBER in my diet. I have issues with a real bloating stomach from time to time and I know it is directly related to me not getting the proper amount of Fiber. I wonder if anyone out there has tried "ground flaxseed"! Sis suggested I purchase it and put it on yogurt...okay but I don't eat yogurt everyday....I am looking for ideas on how to ADD Flax to my diet! Also, has anyone tried it and found it does aide in the Fiber issues you may be having....??? Bottomline: I need to get more "regular"
