Flank steak at Boma?

I have read on these boards in the past that Boma only has the flank steak on certain nights. We've missed it in the past, and would really like to have it on our next trip. Anyone know the menu? This will be our last trip for our DD to get child prices at buffets!

Maybe I (and any others who remember what day of the week they were there) can narrow it down for you. DH was there last night and there was no flank steak. Just roast beef. Last night was Thursday so if they stick to the same weekly schedule Thursday's would be out.

I'm pretty sure we were there on a Sunday. The flank steak was served that night. Yum!!!!

We ate at Boma a week ago (last Sat. night) and had ribs, prime rib and salmon as the feature entrees. Our waitress explained that Boma has 3 rotating menus, so that the features are on the menu 2 nights a week. Sunday is "unpredictable" - not in the regular schedule. Sorry, I can't remember which nights flank steak is one of the features, but our waitress did tell us it was her favorite.

DH dined this past Tuesday night at Boma again and there was no flank steak. The carver told him there would be some on Thursday. (Tonight, March 13)
From what I'm seeing here (Look at kevind65's reply) there is no rhyme or reason to the rotation!!!
