Only to those poorly read in history (who keep incorrectly labeling the Battle Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia the "Confederate" flag), little or no appreciation of regional heritage and who are either naive about or apologists for overly zealous, politically motivated cultural cleansing.

Agree, and that's precisely what almost 5,000 people in Ocala, FL tried to do back on Sunday. But they are up against an army of historical revisionist zealots from outside the south, who are determined to limit perceptions of anything associated with the old south (not just flags) as being equivalent to the worst of nazi Germany.
