FL Tours?

Has anyone used FL Tours (advertised above) for RT transportation from MCO to the WDW resort? If so, could you please provide feedback as to their timeliness and service? Thank you. I have used Tiffany Town Car in the past, but the last time they kept me waiting over an hour, and I'm thinking I should try another service this time. Any opinions would be appreciated.

We used FL Tours in November. We only used them at the end of our trip since we rented a car at the beginning. They were great! On time, had a video/dvd in for the kids and were very courteous. We will be using them again for our trip this week. They even emailed me a list of the Publix aisle chart so we won't have to waste time looking for items on our grocery stop.

We used FL tours in 2004--this past year we used Magical Express. I thought the service from FL Tours was fantastic. Our driver was waiting for us at MCO. He took us to HRH-Universal and included a grocery stop at a nearby Publix. We then used FL tours for our return trip to MCO from the AKL. The driver called us the previous day to double check our pick up time and was waiting for us as we frantically tried to get back from DTD right before leaving. We were a little late for our pick-up time, but it was not a problem.

Our driver did offer us service from HRH Universal to AKL. However, we were not sure how long we would want to stay at Universal Studios that day and did not want to be tied down to a particular pick-up time.

I will use FL Tours again when Disney no longer offers the "free" Magical Express service.

We used them in June. Service was ok, but I would probably use Tiffany next time (we have used them 4 times before with no problems). Driver was not waiting at airport, we had to hunt for him, and were just about ready to call when my husband found him. Also didn't want to let us have grocery stop because our flight was 20 minutes late. That is one thing I don't like about them, they do not guarantee a grocery stop if your flight is late. I argued with the driver and we did make a quick stop at a Publix. The rest of the trip and the return trip were fine. I just feel we got a little better service from Tiffany.
