HI,

We used FL Tours from the airport to POR and then back after our stay last week. They were great, but remember to print and take your confirmation with you. The driver wanted $120 and my confirmation said $105. The person in charge left a message at our room that I owed them $120. Therefore, I had to take the time to call and let him know the driver had my confirmation which stated $105 (-$5 coupon I also gave him) and it said to POR. Then it was no problem.

The drivers were very professional and the vehicles were very clean. We were surprised to find a limo waiting for us at the airport (they were short on the other vehicles, so we got lucky). We had a blast in the limo! I'd recommend them.

We love Fl. Tours. Have always had a very positive experience with them.

I'm glad to hear the great reviews for FL Tours. I had originally made reservations for a limo one way through Tiffany Towncar. After deciding we would need a transfer from the Beach Club to Universal, I called Tiffany to ask questions. I went ahead and booked the additional transfer but after I hang up, I thought about the curt replies I got from the office person. I called FL Tours and spoke with I believe Andy, who was very polite and professional and answered all of my questions. Their rate is a little higher, but in the scheme of things, what's an extra $20 when you're already spending thousands? I hope they live up to their good reputation!:D

You will not be sorry you switched to Fl. Tours. Their rates have gone up some and right now, they are the most expensive compared to Tiffany, Cartier and one more company that slips my mind.

BUT....their service is wonderful and you'll be so happy you went with them. Last summer was my first experience with a car service. I used Fl. Tours. Let me just say, that I will never ride any other way to or from WDW to the airport. Our driver, Ricardo was such a gentleman to say the least. He was right on time, took us to the store for our "grocery" run. He couldn't have done enough for us. He was also our driver on the return run and was right outside the Boardwalk Villas on time!!! And there's no wondering if your reservation has gotten lost because I believe a week prior to your leaving home you get an email from them.
You also get a call at your resort the night before you go home confirming your return pick up.

I'm getting ready for another trip this coming July and I already told DH that we'll be using Fl Tours again!!

We also used them for a limo last week and have no complaints. However, I did not recieve their "complientary email " 2 days prior. I personally do not like paying for a service with tip prior to receiving it especially in cash. For this reason I doubt I will use a towncar service again.

Thanks for confirming my instincts to switch. This is or first trip to WDW and I want everyting to go as smoothly as possible. This may sound picky but, I asked Andy if they had black limos and he said it would be no problem granting our request. I figured the kids don't ride in limos every day, so why not ask?
