FL Tours - Honestly!

I hope you don't mind this question. I know that FL Tours sponsor this site, but I was wondering if I could have some honest feedback on them from people who have used them.
I am looking for return town car transportation from Sanford to wdw in Aug.
Booking this is that last thing I have to do so I wanna get it sorted.

We used them once and honestly we were very disappointed in the service.

When we arrived at the airport there was no one there to greet us, we wandered around the baggage claim looking for them and finally I approached a lady with a clip board and asked for help. Turns out she was the Fl Tours person. She told us our driver was outside waiting for us.

We dragged our bags and 2 kids outside and our driver was there, with a big black fancy conversion type van. He wasn't friendly and acted as if loading our stuff for us was an inconvinence. We arrived at Disney after our grocery stop fine. The kids did love the van because it had a DVD player with Nemo playing, the seats were also really comfortable.

On the way back we had some other person pick us up in a regular white work van, we were so disappointed. We paid for a town car and got a crappy white van, while it was clean and all it wasn't what we paid for. they were also late picking us up so we waited outside the Boardwalk for 30 minutes.

That was the first and last time we used them and have ended up renting a car ever since. My parents did use Tiffany Towncar the next trip and had great service both ways.

Just used FL for my daughters trip May 11th. We booked them the night before since her ME tags did not arrive. They were standing at the wrong place waiting for there luggage, and the driver tracked them down and helped them get to the right place. Very helpful and friendly. Would use again if needed.

We used them in Sept/Oct 2003 from MCO to Universal to POR and back to MCO. They arrived ahead of time and had a very clean vehicle. "Renatta" the driver was more than helpful. In January we used them from MCO to Port Canaveral for a cruise and again she was waiting for us ahead of time and from the Port to MCO we actually called to change our pick up time and they were very accomodating. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We have used them 3 times and will be using them again this Sunday. Each time we had excellent service and very personable drivers. We have had problems in the past with others companies so FL Tours gets our business and we get great service!

I used them last March for a group of 8 and they were great. They were at the airport pick up area with a sign waiting when the guys arrived. They pre-set the pickup time on the way to the hotel and they were at the hotel for pickup exactly when they said they would be there.

We love them. Used them in October with a grocery stop and everything went great! Both drivers, especially Renatta, were great. And despite free ME service available, we will be using them next week!

We used them last July and again this past January and both times they were fantastic! They even went so far in July overhearing us discuss my son's best friend flying in later in the week and sent a very nice van to pick us up to go back to the airport - the driver said he thought we would need a bigger vehicle due to our extra person. Best of all he did this on his own with no extra charges! We will be using them again for our trip this July!

We've used them twice now. The first time we had to go looking for our driver. He wasn't at the bottom of the escalator's as we expected!! That was a little disconcerting to say the least. But dh finally found him. Same thing upon returning to the airport. The driver was parked way down the driveway at BW. We were waiting about 10 minutes before our assigned pick-up time and by the time that time came and went we started getting nervous again. So dh went in search and saw the car waaay down the driveway. Driver finally drove up to the portico area for us.

Second time was Thanksgiving Day last year. Driver was very nice and was waiting exactly where we expected. But, we had requested a grocery stop and never got one. Driver said no stores were open since it was T-day. It was about 11:00 and I'm sure there was a little convenience store open someplace!!! So, basically we have gotten decent service. We had great service with Tiffany but I can't vouch for them anymore since I heard they were sold.

When you get to the bottom of the escalators at the MCO baggage claim is there still a whole lot of towncar folks holding signs?
Most of the time I've been there during the last few years there have been many folks there holding signs. I have no idea how folks read those signs and find the right one. I can see where a customer might miss them or they might miss a customer!

We booked a limo through FL Tours last June and had a great experience, will be using them twice this year.
As far as the towncar drivers waiting at the bottom of the escalators, they were there all holding signs, but it's pretty tough to miss your own last name, even my five year old spotted the guy, and she didn't know we were using a service it was a surprise for the family.

We used them last fall and had a great experience both ways. We arrived at MCO around 1 am and took a taxi to a hotel about 2 miles away, then FL Tours picked us up there and took us to WDW. They were on time and right where they were supposed to be both times they picked us up. Clean van, friendly drivers, I would not hesitate to use them again.
