FL resident questions

My co-worker here has a brother who lives in FL. He will be staying a few days with them in Orlando. Can he get 3 rooms at the All Stars using the FL resident rate for the 7 of them going? He would be staying for probably 3 of the 5 days they are there.

Would the others in the group be able to pay for their own rooms on their own credit cards or would he have to pay for all the rooms?

I think he can reserve up to three rooms with the discount-ask for adjoining or connecting, if you care to. Also make smoking preferences known.
There is a ten dollar charge (per room, per night) for preferred rooms-the closest building to pool/foodcourt.

He would have to put it all on his credit card and they would have to pay him back.
