FL Resident pass ID requirements

DH doesn't have a drivers license, but does have a contractor military id that he always uses instead. It does not have anything that shows FL though, but it is from a FL military base. I have read that below are the requirements and his ID is one of those, but it doesn't state anything about the location at all. I am assuming just having this will not work.

For full-time Florida residents:

VALID Florida Driver's License

VALID Florida State issued ID card (MUST have Florida address)

VALID Florida Based Military ID from one of Florida's Military Bases

Hurlburt Field Air Force Base
Eglin Air Force Base
Tyndall Air Force Base
Panama City Coastal Systems Station (Navy)
Jacksonville Naval Air Station
Mayport Naval Station
MacDill Air Force Base
Patrick Air Force Base
Miami Coast Guard Station
Clearwater Coast Guard Air Station
Homestead Air Reserve Base
Key West Naval Air Station
United States Southern Command (Miami)



So should we plan on bringing our mortgage statement with his name and address?

If you've got the mortgage statement handy, bring it. It'll make your life easier.

take any papers with his name and a Florida address on it (bank statement, credit cards, lease) and that should be enough

Regarding FL AP
- If you don't have a mortgage on your property but own it clear, can you provide copy of your tax records?
- If you have an adult child who is fully disabled and you are legal guardian ... who hasn't got his name on anything .... could my guardianship paper be used?

- Off the top of my head, acceptable documents other than a mortgage statement are: Vehicle title/registration, car or homeowner insurance policy/bill, utility bill, bank or credit card statement, or mail from a state/gov't agency.

- I honestly don't know about that. I would imagine it would be okay, but a front-line CM would probably have to get approval from a coordinator or manager.

In FL, an ID is required for a disabled parking placard. My son is 11 and has a state ID.
