It may taking a little getting used to trying to maneuver through the food section....but I find it absolutely ESSENTIAL for Low Carb diets.
After dinner, I enter in all my foods for the day and get an accurate count of calories, fat, carb, & protien. My biggest problem most days is getting ENOUGH calories in. I've read (and had good experience with) trying to eat between 9 - 11 times your body weight in calories each day. By using this tool, I know exactly what would be the best evening snack to meet my goals for the day.
