Fit Day and carb question...

I have been charting on Fit Day for the past three days, and apparently I have been getting more carbs than I realized! It really is helpful to see exactly where they are coming from.
I do have one question tho -- when I look at my carbs for the day, it lists them as Carbs: 24 and then underneath, Fiber: 3. So, does this mean that I have only had 21 carbs that "count"? Am I remembering my "Atkins 101" correctly?

I edited this to add that I went back to Fit Day and examined my past three days -- there were so many types of chicken, and I inadvertently added breaded chicken breast without realizing it. I'll have to pay more attention when I log in my food choices!
But, my original question still stands -- do you subtract the fiber from the total carbs?
 
You are definitely remembering correctly. Since fiber is not absorbed by the body, it doesn't get counted in the number of carbs you ate.

Total carbs 24 grams - fiber count 3 grams = 21 grams of carbs for the day.

I really like using Fitday to log my food!
