Fishing while staying at Emerald Island Resort?

According to the description of where we are staying, there is a chance to go fishing.
Is this actually within the resort or is it nearby?
We have very keen fishermen amongst our group who would love to spend a morning/ afternoon chilling out
Can anyone help me with this question please?

Hi Lin,

I just got back today from an 8 day fishing trip staying at our place on Emerald Island, I did try to fish the lakes but although there are undoubtably fish in them now I suspect they are to few and to small yet to warrant a mornings fishing.

We went with proffesional guides located in Kissimmee, salt and freshwater fishing. A 4 hour freshwater fishing trip for 2-3 people on East lake Toho for wide mouth bass would cost you in the region of $250-300 and is highly recommended! if you want numbers or web sites let me know.
