Fishing Excursions - Bay Lake - HELP !

We'll DH finally made a WDW request. Yeah we leave in 3 days - go figure.

We were able to reserve a Fishing Excursion for 7 AM - yes - the wee hours fo the morning - for Fishing on Bay Lake. $210

Anyone done a Fishing Excursoin ? Can you keep the fish ? Gut it? Cook it ? (we are staying at the CR).

Good for non-fisherman to just sight see from the boat ?

Should we wear our jackets at 7 am ? or will it be warm enough for t-shirts / shorts ?

Please help ! I start packing and need to know if I should bring
something extra for fishing in Florida.

My DH & DS will fish. Myself and my DD will sight see.

We did fishing and we liked it so much we are doing it again this summer!

We didn't keep the fish but I think you can't keep them but I'm not sure.

We went in July so we wore t-shirts and shorts. It is fun just to see the sights and not fish!

You don't really need anything for fishing they supply all that and that's about it!
