With seeing how much each of you are either paying or taking time to make these FEs, keep in mind that you must have a way to secure them. I use what I like to call the

Fish Extender Club​

or basically a zip tie. Make sure your cord, string, whatever at the top is long enough that you can go around the fish and then "tie" the two sides together under the fish. Yes I know people who's fish were stolen. Play it safe with yours.

Tracy, I don't understand the tieing the two sides together under the ship. Can you explain that a little. I don't remember seeing a picture of a ship with the fish.

Great advice Tracy! Zip ties are a wonderful thing...right up there with duct tape in my opinion.

i LOVE zip ties. i use them for just about everything.

they will prevent the "causal thug" from walking off with the FE's but if someone is a determined little ...... they'll figure out a way to nap them.

There is enough activity in the halls that if someone has to go to a lot of trouble to steal it, they won't. This is enough of a deterrent. I haven't heard of any that were stolen that were secured.

Okay I feel reeeally stupid. I don't even know what zip ties are or where to buy them? I did a search online and all I keep coming up with are cable ties. Are these the same thing? These are what I am looking at.
