First WW meeting

I went to my first 'real' WW meeting tonight. I used to online program with some success before getting pregnant last year. Since I'm officially back in WW (and really nervous about the first week) I thought I would come visit the WISH board for encouragement.

Good luck with the program. I am going to go back to WW next week. I have my class reunion this weekend. Want to get through that before committing. I want to lose 15 pounds before our vacation in November.

Did WW change their program? I thought I heard somewhere that they were coming out with a new one. Or is it just updated?

From what I heard last night, the new changes are all going to be explained at next week's meeting. They said if we don't like it, we can still use Flex Points.

Good luck Melissa!!!!!!! I joined WW (again!) on August 4. WW is the only program that seems to work for me, because I hate being restricted with anything!
