First Waitlist - Did I do it right?

Okay, so this is sort of the silly question of the day as I can read and I am fairly competent when it comes to understanding instructions, but since it's our vacation at stake, I just want to make sure I did it right.

Goal
Waitlist one night using borrowed points, adding to our existing reservation, not replacing it.

What it shows
I went through the waitlist steps and this is what shows right before confirming:
"Waitlist Request Information
Expiration Date 31 days prior to arrival date
Existing Booking None
Borrow Authorized Yes, authorize Advisor to borrow Vacation Points
Home Resort Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village"

Did I Do It Right?
When setting up the wailist, it asked if I wanted to replace and existing reservation with this reservation and I checked NO as we are trying to add a night..

I am not comfortable with the "Existing Booking None" line that is showing. It sounds as if it is saying that I have no existing reservation. Yes, our existing reservation shows where it should. I just want to make sure that this is how it should look for a waitlist on which we want to keep our existing reservation and just add a day. Is it? DH is worried we are going to somehow cancel our existing reservation. Thank you!

I have a value studio booked at AKV for Nov 7-12. I've waitlisted BWV std studio for the entire stay. So, if my WL fills, it will cancel the existing reservation. If, say, we were inviting friends and needed a second room, we would NOT want to cancel our existing reservation. You are all set...good luck!

Ok, I have a waitlist/room question. We have reservations at OKW for Dec 14th - 21st. Thinking of staying an additional night. There are no rooms same type as we have available. If I waitlist the same room type and do get it, would it be added to our existing reservation so we could stay in the same room or is there a possibility that we would have to change rooms for the one night?
