First trip to WDW ...getting closer

So this is my first post and my first trip to WDW. I am going with my parents and my DS (11.5). We are so excited, I can't stop talking about it and reading all the boards (so much that that is all that I dream about...haha) I just recently discovered this board from one of my patients informing me about it (am totally addicted).
Our trip is from October 24-November 3rd (11 whole days of DISNEY!!). We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside.

This is our schedule that we have came up with so far (am open to suggestions). We have a couple of days where we don't have anything scheduled but have a 10 day park hopper pass...we also don't have but only a few QS meals plans:

October 24th: arrive 7pm
Planet Hollywood

October 25th:
Disney Hollywood
Primetime Café :: 6p.m.

October 26th:
Epcot
Behind the seeds Tour 11
Garden Grill :: 6p.m.
Wine & beverage seminar :: 4p.m.

October 27th:
Universal Studios (9am-7pm)
Eat at Universal

October 28th:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME
Magic Kingdom
Crystal Palace :: 9:30 a.m.
Cinderella’s Castle :: 6p.m.

October 29th:
Animal Kingdom
Tusker House :: 9:30 a.m.

October 30th:
Water Park / Epcot
Italian Pairing :: 2-4

October 31st:
HAPPY HALLOWEEN
Not so Scary Party :: 7p.m.

November 1st:
St. Pete Beach

November 2nd:


November 3rd:
Pack to leave (SAD!)
Park for part the day
