First trip little gift ideas?

When DD was 5 and we went for her first time, we didn't tell her where we were going. A few weeks before we left the Easter Bunny brought her some Disney tee shirts. The morning we left I had for her, a Monsters U string backpack filled with some Disney books, an autograph book, an album for pressed coins along with 2 tubes of quarters and pennies sorted out for use, Frozen tattoos and Disney stickers.

How sweet and thoughtful of you. :)

I might also suggest some of the following:
non-perishable snacks
a Disney giftcard so that she can do her own shopping
sunglasses
Burts Bees Lip Balm
quarters and pennies for pressed penny machines
if she has a small point and shoot her parents will let her take, perhaps a memory card
a beach towel if you plan to swim

You could pre-order mouse ears, a pressed-penny book and an autograph book plus fat pen

Haha Thanks. I do have to get quarters and pennies. That is something I started collecting on my last trip and I'm sure when my niece sees me getting them she is going to want to get them too.

The change machines near the penny machines gives you 4 quarters and 2 pennies for $1. I've started to just make sure I have bills with me :)

Oh and there are pressed quarter machines also.

Get a plush of her favorite character. When she gets back from the park one day, she can find it on her pillow, like that character visited while she was out and left a present.

I wrote letters to my daughter from several of her favorite princesses. I dropped them in the mail every few days and she LOVED them! She still keeps them in her nightstand and pulls them out to show everyone who comes over. I had my friends at work write them so the handwriting was different. Maybe you could do a couple and put them in the backpack? My daughter even mentioned a letter to Cinderella and she totally went with the flow! She said something along the lines of, "oh! I'm so happy you received my letter!" I want to say she said something about Gus helping her write it. I sent an email after we got home listing the date and location of that particular meet and greet and how much we enjoyed our interaction with that particular CM.

A gift gift card for the parks. When she's in EPCOT, she can purchase single pcs of candy from around the world. My DD's loved buying their own candy in the Countries. I use to allow them $20 for the entire trip to use as they wanted, they are 23 & 27 now so prices were lower then ;)
