How do I do a pre-trip report?
What do I need to include or do?

sorry... I am that new Our trip is booked for Sept 19-25

By no means am I an expert but this is what I did:

~introduce the cast
~plans, dates, hotel, travel medium
~pictures; we love pictures.

Why don't you read a few and see what you enjoy about them and incorporate some of the same things into yours.
