We are not Disney newbies but this is the first time with QS. We usually do the regular dining plan and disappointed we didn't get it for free but C'est le vie. My son who is autistic has his heart set on Crystal Palace, Boma's and Rose and Crown, those are reserved and not going to change them. But can I get some suggestions for QS. We already have BOG lunch and breakfast also reserved.
So far, I'm thinking
Tangierine Cafe
Cosmic Ray's
La Cantina_again he wants to eat in Mexico
Peco's Bill
Wolfgang Puck's Express

Breakfast will be cereal brought from home, with milk from the food court for him, banana and toast for me, Coffee with the refillable mug.

We leave in 3 weeks and went with the QSDP this trip. You like a lot of our favorites but we are thinking about trying a new one at Disney Springs, The Polite Pig. This might not be an option for you, but we always rent a car and like to resort hop and try the different QS options there. Our favorites are at the POP, the Contemporary and the Polynesian.

My favorites for best value to use on the QSDP are:

FlameTree - AK
BOG for lunch - MK
Wolfgang Puck Express - DS
D-Luxe Burgers [but haven't actually eaten there yet] - DS
Sunshine Seasons - Epcot

We love using our snack credits for Pineapple Dole Whip floats and Venti drinks at Starbucks.

We upgraded our free qs to the regular ddp. It was around $26 an adult per day. With the 3 adrs you already have it might be economical to upgrade.
We are staying 7 nights. I actually am looking forward to the freedom of not having to arrange to be in so many places at certain times, to just keep walking/riding until we are ready to eat.

THIS!!!!!! I agree completely.

Contempo at the Contemporary is a good QS with a lot of variety and a nice break from MK either walking or using the monorail

Have you been to Cosmic Ray's before? I know it's rather popular, but I have to say we found it completely inedible. Our entire family took a couple bites and dumped everything in the trash. It's also one of the loudest, most chaotic QS locations we found. That would be about bottom on my list. But if you've been there and enjoy it, by all means!

As for other suggestions... People have already mentioned Columbia Harbor House, which is great! Go to the second floor for a peaceful, getaway! We also enjoyed Pinocchio Village Haus at MK--especially if you can get a table overlooking Small World.

Sunshine Seasons at Epcot has a great variety and some delicious desserts.

Contempo Cafe is a short monorail from MK and is an AMAZING deal on the QSDP. Great desserts, meals that feel like "real" meals, and they bring the food to your table.

And Flametree at AK is also very good--with some meals that will be easy to share!

Wolfgang Puck Express...almost TS for CS credit.
Harambe Market in Africa at AK has some really good options.

I have been reviewing menus and am finding a lot of items that are not sweet or junk food that you can use snack credits on...soups, salads, and other food things (especially at AK!).
