First time with FastPass+ group of 6

Hard one to search on but all 6 of us plan on going on the same rides. We are booking at the 60 day window staying on site.

Hitting all 4 parks over 4 days straight, would you book 3 and 3 and hope the times overlap or would you just do all 6 together? Never booked before so not sure what to expect. Going May 27th-30th if that matters.

You may have to do a combination. We're a family of 5. I very much prefer to do FP+ together, and usually it works, but sometimes I have to break up into 2 and 3. I'd try the 6 first, you may be surprised.

We are a group of 6 vacationing at WDW the last week of March. We were able to book all of our FP's together, including FoP, SDD and 7DMT. Agree with Klayfish, try the 6 first.

I'd do all 6 at the same time. I've done as many as 16 before.

I usually need to make FPs for 7-9 people, depending on the ride. I try for everyone first but if that doesn’t work you can split it up. A couple times I had to get overlapping times, but I can usually get everyone together. I have a harder time getting ADRs for the group then FPs.

I find that splitting our group works best with FPs that are middle of the road. Splash, Space and M&Gs. Or rides at then end of the evening when any FPs that come up are going to be overlapping. But that didn't work for me on things like FOP. Basically, you need times to come up often enough that you have a chance to get them overlapping. If you only see times come up once every 15 mins, for example, it's very unlikely to get them overlapping. In those cases it's easier to luck into a larger group than keep trying for 2 groups.

Edit: I realize now that you're taking about initial FP booking not refreshing. For initial booking try for the whole group and only split if you can't get the time you want.

We are a group of 7 going the last week of March. I was able to book 7 together. I also was a little late on my fastpass day due to travel. I was literally in the air with no wifi and missed the first 2 hours. I was still able to book the headliners at the end of our 5 day trip.
