First Time Point Renter

This is the frist time we have rented points through a real estate company and would like to be able to look at the reservation online. How do we do this? Do we use our name or the name of the time share owner?

Any additional information would be awesome.

Even though the owner needs to make the reservation, he/she should have made the reservation under your name.
