First-Time FastPass+...It's midnight and I'm frustrated!

My FP+ window opened at midnight, and I had no problems getting every FP+ for the attractions and times that I wanted for my family of 4. That's the good news...

Now I am sitting here frustrated trying to book FP+ for the other members of my party.

Extended family are arriving seven days after us (on two vacation packages). I have linked their reservations to mine on MDE. However, when I try to book FP+, I get a message telling me that I need to link their tickets and/or reservation to mine. When I click on "link reservation," it tells me that the reservations are already linked to an account.

Should I be able to book FP+ for them at my 60-day window? Am I encountering a computer glitch or do I have to wait a week until their window opens?

I don't see why they should be able to get their FastPasses early just because they're related to someone who will be vacationing there a week earlier. Every guest gets access to FastPasses 60 days prior to the first day of their Disney resort reservation, or up to 30 days in advance if staying offsite. Being family or friends with someone with a different reservation who arrives earlier has nothing to do with when their own FP booking window opens.

No, you shouldn't be able to book their FP prior to their 60-day window.

When their window opens at 60 days you will be able to book their FPs...just because they are linked in your account doesn't mean they get early or special privileges.

They have tickets as part of their package. You must wait until their 60-day window opens because their tickets are not "active."

If they had booked room-only with separately linked tickets, then you would have been able to book for them at midnight if you included them with your family.
