Oh! That'd be great, thanks!I'm actually going to my 2 hour site visit meeting tomorrow while I'm on vacation with family. I'll have wifi at the offsite condo we're staying at so I can come back and tell you what went on.
No problem!Oh! That'd be great, thanks!
Let me know how you liked the Prop Shop (not sure what that even is!) and the Odyssey!I'll be having mine in two weeks from today. I'll be checking out 3 reception sites we can't decide between. Prop Shop, Living Seas, and The Odyseey. I'm not sure what else will happen, but I'll be sure to post afterwards. Not sure if I'll remember my old cell to use for the internet or if it'll wait until I get home.

Where is the Odyssey? I'm in a similar situation. Just got engaged and starting my planning, and am trying to decide on a reception location. We were interested in the American Pavilion at Epcot, but we won't have the required 100 guests (probably just around 70ish). So I have no idea where to have it now, so I'll be interested to hear what you think. We want a place where we can do the traditional wedding reception, with a dance floor, etc.
Thanks for clarifying this. So it's an inside location? We are definitely wanting our reception inside since it will be hot in September when we have the wedding. I remember a building between test track and the Mexico location, but not sure if that is what this is. It's where we have stopped to use the restroom once or twice. Does anyone have pictures of the Odyssey? Is it big enough for ~70 guests? So many questions during the planning!
I'm thinking of Labor Day weekend as well, but in 2011! I know, long time away, but I have to finish school first before we can start our "wedding savings account"...
That is the building I was thinking of. Good to hear it can hold a large group, but do you know if it has a minimum number of people that Disney requires? Like how American Parlour requires 100?
Has anyone had their reception at the Odyssey? How did you like the space?
