I sent Tracy an email asking how much it would be to upgrade to a cat. 10. I really like the idea of the split bath. Make it so much easier to get ready in the morning and for dinner since there are 2 ladies in the cabin. Not sure where that would move me to.

Thanks! I just cut it last weekend! I'll have to cut it once more before the cruise, but I love my hair this way...Easy to style and it HOLDS the style for most of the day too!

What cat. were you in before?

At the moment we are in cat. 11. I know if I switch, I might have to change decks. I would like to stay mid ship to decrease the motion of the ship. I didn't get sea sick on my last cruise, but I was mid ship on that one. So I don't want to mess with success. Of course, if I could get s secret porthole room, I'm willing to risk it

I have a question about getting US dollars while on cruise. I seem to recall there are no bank machines on the ship--is that correct? We can't ask at guest services for a check to be cashed as we have a Canadian bank acount. Most bank machines in the Bahamas would be local currency I assume.....has anyone ever been able to withdraw American Dollars in the Bahamas....maybe at Atlantis?

I've been running around all day doing stuff. Got the rest of the things I need for my FE.

Just got home from dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. You can't tell from the line out the door that there is a problem with the economy. Thank goodness we got there a little early. We put our name in at 5pm and only had to wait an hour. They didn't even have any pagers when we checked. They said come back in 20 minutes to get one. When we came back the wait time was 1 1/2 hours. And a few minutes after that as we were sitting there waiting, I heard people leaving saying the wait was 2 hours.

Dinner was excellent. And the portions were so huge, I only ate 1/3 of my dinner. I had to bring home my cheesecake to eat a little later this evening. The Farfalle pasta with chicken, mushrooms, carmelized onions and pancetta in a roasted garlic cream sauce was wonderful. Mom's chicken marsala was good too. I think that is dinner on Monday.

Did I miss anything today?
