I lost around 2 and 1/2 lbs a week, which is about all one can expect to lose and keep off doing the crazy "lift weights/eat low fat" diet I used.![]()
I've always had good results with a 30-45 minute daily exercise routine and low-fat diet. I still eat carbs and a tiny bit of sugar though. I doubled-up on my treadmill time today 'cause I didn't work out yesterday.
30 minutes on the treadmill, Wii Fit break and then another 30 minutes on the treadmill.... it does a body good.
