I give up! What thread is it on? I did see that you may cruise with the crazies though.

I WILL be cruising with the crazies as long as they choose Nov 6, 2010 as the sail date. It is between that and Dec 4. That would run right through Mousefest. If there is a Mousefest. But I want to leave that option open. Right now Nov 6 is WAY in the lead for votes. I will know in the next couple of days or maybe even hours.

Here is the tread I was reading. The interesting stuff is halfway down page 1. Don't know how true this is. If this is anything like the new ships will look like, then it is a definite departure from the current ships. While the Magic and the Wonder resemble ocean liners of years gone by, it looks like the new ships may look very futuristic. Fantasia was a movie ahead of its time, maybe that is what the new ships are supposed to be. We know that Disney is not allowing cameras in the ship yards. They definitely want the new ships to be a surprise until THEY are ready to release the scoop.

For some reason I eat less on a cruise than I do at home. On the cruise I took last September, one of the ladies at my dinner table was having a bit of a problem toward the end of the cruise. She could no longer button or zip any of the pants she had brought.

For what it's worth... I've lost about 42lbs so far for this cruise (actually mostly for myself, but it'll help offset "cruise eating"!!)

Hey! You got it. I should be able to carry 4 in my hands, or 8 in my arms. I'll share.

Wow! That's quite and accomplishment. 42lbs is equivilant to approximately 3 bowling balls, or 200 mickey bars.

My wife Kim says the same thing. She says she eats less because of the heat. Also, the fluids fill you up so you can stay hydrated.
