I take Bonnie for motion sickness. One pill as the ship starts to pull out. Works like a champ. Dramimine (sp?) makes me sleepy, but not the Bonnie. HTH

For the motion sickness...

I use the less drowsy dramamine. I start taking them about 2 days before I leave for the cruise. I take them at night before I go to bed. I sleep off the sleepy part of the medicine and it continues working the rest of the day! I've found that if you wait to take them until you get on the ship or once it's moving...it doesn't work quite as well. Tried that with my first cruise and it took me most of the week to get used to the motion before I stopped feeling sick.
