You folks taking courses make me wanna cringe every time you mention 'homework' 'lab' 'class' etc.I HATED school with a passion. It was so not for me. Thank the gods I figured out what I wanted to do my senior year in high school.
I actually had a nightmare last night about not being prepaired for final exams. And I haven't been in school in eight years! Funny how that sticks with you!
That's funny! I still have a recurring dream that I've forgotten my locker combination.![]()
I knew what I wanted to do when I was in high school too!!
I went to school for that, worked in the field for a year before I was laid off! Now, I can't get another job in that same field!
So, I decided to go back to school and do something totally different. Eventually I do want to go back to my original field, but with the ways things are now, it just isn't happening.
I never dreamed I would be going back to school except for my Master's.
Mine is from gradeschool and I forgot my shoes, so I had to walk around in socks all day...that or I have my PJs on under my snowsuit still!!
What field was that?
Colt 1911A1 45. ACP![]()
I thought it would be a no-brainer, that I'd get the HD tv and have satellite which would get HD....but I blame my neighbors' trees, I can't get the satellite HD dish/receiver, because it's too blocked....grrrrrrrr....
I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education and I taught Kindergarten for a year. I was laid off with about 220 other teachers. And with more lay offs coming, I know I won't be able to get a job in the next couple of years.
Anyone ever try making those "no pudge" brownies? They are amazing!
Hmmm. You live in Florida. The Florida government isn't being very nice to their teaching community, I heard. That sucks, Shelly.
