I think I am going to try Mission Space orange side this time. Anyone want to join me. I did it before they split the ride, I wasn't sure how I felt about it, and I have only done the green side since. I am going to try the spinning side again and see how I fee. I just won't do it during the DATW. That would be bad. Maybe on the 8th.

Nope, never again. I can ride just about anything...but no spinnies, and Orange MS is a spinny of the worst kind for me. Took half the day to recover. Nope.

Help, I mentioned staying after the cruise to my DH and he said he wanted to go to Universal. I don't really know that much about Universal and I don't know what to do. How far is it from the Dolphin to Universal? What about Saratoga Springs to Universal? We have stayed at the Hard Rock before we had kids and loved it, but I was not planning on spending that much.

Does the $111 at the Dolphin include the resort fee? I hate spending $10/day to park at the hotel and $12 to park at Universal.

Probably not...$99+ tax (12.5%) is where the $111.38 comes from.

And I seem to remember something about a daily resort charge??? I don't know if that's included in the original $99...probably not

for DISUnplugged Podcast cruisers only

Available dates May 4-9 and May 14-17

Rate is for up to two adults per room. Additional adults pay $25 per night. You will be required to put down one night's deposit per stay (so if you are staying before and after the cruise you need to make two deposits). The price is $99 plus tax for a total of $111.38 per night. This deposit is fully refundable up until 7 days prior.

Actually, other than the breakfast pre-cruise, and probably Trail's End on my way out, I'm not making any dining plans for this trip.

I know it doesn't include parking, but I thought there was also a $10 resort fee at the Dolphin that included the fitness center and internet and such.

If i recall correct then there is a resort fee of something around $10 a day (for a newspaper, bottle of water and some other things) and that fee isn't included in the price so we have to pay that while we check in.

Again this is what i picked up, if i did that correctly...

But Tracy can explain what's in the resort fee included and what the costs are and also if it's already included in the price and again also the prices for parking......

My headache is not fine but i'm sick and tiered of lying down so i just allowed myself computering tonight...
I almost see stars in front of me, but i just wanted to feel a bit normal.....

You poor thing!! You are just having the roughest time with this latest surgery! I hope you can get rid of that headache. I've had migranes before, (and I know this isn't a migrain) and they can be awful!!!

I am so sorry you are not feeling well. I can't even imagine having your movement restricted like that. I hope you start feeling better soon, and no more eye surgeries.

Yes it is taxable. That's what it says on the website. At least you get something from their resort fee (high speed internet, 2 bottles of water, some long distance phone calls). I just have a problem with resort fees in general. I want to know how much I am paying without having to read the fine print, but lots and lots of hotel are doing this now.
