For concierge, if you have checked your luggage, what is the earliest time that you are escorted off the ship? We have a flight at 12:20pm. l need to give a pickup time to our car service and I'm not sure what to say. I said 8:15am, but I'm not sure if that is right or not.

It can depend on the sailing. On the Destiny in January (Port Everglades), the window to be escorted off by concierge was 7:30 am-8:30 am (you could show up any point during that window. If you have checked luggage, the concierge tags will be the first ones cleared in the terminal.

Of course, that's all dependent on the ship getting cleared in time, which sometimes gets delayed. Without knowing which port and which airport, it's hard to give you any more specific guidance on timing.

Hi @RedHead0186 , we're sailing on the Fantasy out of PC and going to MCO.
Ok, then a 12:20 flight should be doable, though there are a lot of factors that can come into play. Traffic can be bad on 528, and if there's a bad crash it can shut down the road. If you're traveling soon, wait times to check bags and get through TSA can also be bad. It takes about a hour to get form port to the airport with no traffic.

Just got off the Fantasy about 2 weeks ago. We did express walk-off (concierge-with our bags) and that was called at 7:25am. We were in a rental car and on our way to Animal Kingdom for the day by 8:15am. This was a Sunday morning-no traffic, no issues. We stayed the night at the Hyatt for an early morning flight home (Monday). The bag check for Southwest/northeast corridor was a disaster at 5am. Honestly, I did not think we were going to make our flight at 8:30, due to bag check. Security (TSA-Pre) was about 10 minutes. I ended up staying inside and waiting/holding a place in line while my husband dashed outside to sky caps. He ended up checking the bag out there after about 20 minutes. The line inside was an hour, maybe two. Just awful. Keep in mind the sky cap check is a tipped service. Additionally, the transport from main terminal to gates is down to just one of the little train type shuttles, so that results in a big crush of people for transport to gate area in terminals A/B. My advice, don't check a bag, if you can help it until things are resolved with TSA issue.
