My fabric shopping was successful yesterday (I just love all the glitter in that store!) so hopefully I will be sewing today. I need to get a coffee maker first. Any input here?

Donna

Love my Keurig kcup machine. I'm having a Timothy's Rainforest Espresso as we speak! I also have a pod brewer by Grindmaster. I have a mixture of both on hand depending what's on sale.

:teeth:

I want to prepay our tips because it's one less thing on our bill when we check out. :thumbsup2

Being a cruise newb I thought you still paid these people in person.

O.K. now that I am caught up.

GOOD MORNING!!!

I was on the phone with Disney this morning.
Spoke with 2 very nice ladies.
Our Group dinning ressies are set for
Tusker House @ 10:15 am for 15 people
50'S Prime Time @ 11:15 am for 15 people
The times are different by 15 minutes earier or later as that was the closest I could get.
I have the ressie #'s if you would like them before the trip just PM me.
Otherwise I will give them to you when we meet.

Thanks!!!:goodvibes

For those of you that got passports, where did you get your pics taken?popcorn::

I know you can get your pics at the Post Office but I'd rather not.

Walgreens here too!

Thanks Tracy. So each one of these people know that I've tipped them already and that I'm not a cheapskate? ;)

You will get tickets in your room rather than the form with the suggested tipping amounts. You will also get envelopes to put the tickets in and hand to your servers and stateroom host. So you do still pay them in person, you just don't need to go to Guest Services and get the tickets processed while you are on the cruise, saving you some time.

You can adjust your amounts at any time with Guest Services (or add cash as you wish).

Typically the tip envelopes are handed out on the last night.

I did my own. There are a few places online that let you upload and size for free. You have to be careful to read the instructions though. White or off white background only. (I know. Gov't rejected my first app) And the head has to be a specific size. Best thing was it was free.

I just booked two dinners for after the cruise. We figured the rest that we wanted to go to we would just wait and see what we were in the mood for when we are there. We have 9 nights so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. And if we miss something, oh well! We'll just have to go back.

We booked Boma and Jiko (never ate at either, except Boma for breakfast once). We're going to Jiko on our anniversary

What nite/time are you at Jiko? We might see you there!

Morning all. The snow is back here. Just a skiff. But it is cold again. Some of our neighbouring communities have just had the water recede. Again. I feel for them - second flood this season.

I discussed the pre/post cruise with the family yesterday. We are thinking of heading to Seaworld for one day - DD hasn't been there. I think the first order of business will be Kim Possible missions. I think DD wants to head there as soon as we are off the plane!

Donna

I went to Discovery Cove back in Oct 2001 and received a 5 day pass to SEA WORLD. I loved SEA WORLD. We went three times that week. You guys will have a great time!

I agree. We really enjoyed Sea World and made a day out of it. If you can swing it I'd recommend the backstage Dine with Shamu experience. The food was good and we loved the opportunity to see Shamu so close.

Here's a shot we took during our meal.

I might suggest the tour also, we did the 8 hour VIP tour in XMAS of 07 and it was worth every penny!

Your welcome.
I am so excited this is going to be a lot of fun.
They kept asking me how many children under the age of 17
I said I don't know!!
So I will need that information before we check in.:dance3:

They asked me the same thing when I was making the Trail's End ressies. I know there are a couple of kids but I wasn't sure of ages. So I just said all adults. I think the most important thing is each person is accounted for. We can tell them how many children when we check in.

We just booked all our ADR's and got everything we wanted :goodvibes

I looooove Boma; we'll be going there for the third time (the last three trips, actually) this trip

Didn't you hear Don, she's gonna try to hide from us...she won't admit when she'll be there.......we're lucky she told us where she's eating!!!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Maybe its just you Todd! stalker! :rotfl2:

O.K. all this talk of coffee.
I am not even dressed yet. Still sitting here in my snoopy PJ's. :confused3
I am going to get in the car and go for a Timmy's.
Be back soon. :woohoo:

You get to pet a penguin?!?!!!
Wow, I'm gonna have to prod and poke my wife to get me to do that next trip (this one is too action-packed as it is) ... I mean for my son's benefit, of course ;)

I love Jiko. It is one of my favorite restaurants. I've tried something different everytime I've been and every meal has been terrific.
