I'd probably go for a full size car...I've had a midsize car before and it's ok for 2 people, but for transporting 4 adults plus bags...it might get kinda tight...

You should have seen us on one trip. There were 4 of us and we had enough luggage for 20 people. We were in a Saturn mid size. I have a Jetta and it is about the same size. This is what we had.
6 large suitcases
1 small suitcase
4 carry on suitcases
4 backpacks

I would not suggest anyone ever try this.

Another post on the podcast board had me check out last nights South Park episode. I don't know whether to be , , or both.

I saw some of it today I thought it was funny.
I was kinda shocked at first but it was funny.

The only other black she has is her entire tail. She spent many nights as a kitten chasing her tail because she didn't realize it was hers.

Very nice looking girl. Tail chasing is normal for these nut jobs. Our little one has a stash of DW's cosmetic applicator brushes. She steals them and hides them. Then she'll pick one up in her teeth and parade around like she has a trophy. Nut job.

I haven't watched SP in years but the Disney content caught my attention. The Mickey had me laughing my *** off. The rest of it was pretty shocking.

I missed you guys today. I've had just a horrible day.

I took the day off to spend the day at neurological testing with both of my elderly parents - testing for dementia/Alzheimer's/other problems. Sometimes I really wish I weren't an only child. (I think I've mentioned a couple of times that my parents were having some health problems.)

I'm hoping, if nothing else, I'll get some medical back-up for my opinion that it's time for them to think about assisted living, an idea they are both vehemently against.

Sorry to whine. On with the cruise talk! I can't begin to tell you how much my husband and I need this vacation.

Dodie- so sorry to hear about it. We've been dealing wtih the Alzheimer's thing with my grandpa. My poor mom has struggled with caring for him even though he is in an assisted living 'home' (that is very nice btw). It is no easy task for anyone. Hang in there and lots of pixie dust! I am sure my mom would love to share her experience with you on the cruise if you need someone to chat with!

O.K. update on John
He had a double hernia operated on today.
He is home and on Perks right now.
He is in quite a bit of pain, nothing that wasn't expected.
There is quite a bit of burning and swelling, don't know if this is normal.
Hopefully hospital will call tomorrow.
I can't tell you when he might be able to sit and get on the computer.
I am thinking maybe Saturday.
I have relayed all your well wishes to him.

P.S. I am finally caught up, hopefully I can stay caught up.
I am very tired now so I will say goodnight.

Dara- so sorry to hear about DH and the cruise and chat. Hope all went well. I just told DH up front that I was going with my parents and cousin. I didn't really even invite him. LOL He isn't a big disney nut, so I knew he wouldn't enjoy a cruise packed with disney nuts like myself. Now if it was packed with WOW nerds, he would be all about it! Seriously- we have different passions (and share others), so I am leaving him at home to tend to DS (16 months), so mommy can have some well-deserved fun! Anyhow- hang in there- whatever the circumstance, we are all here for you! And there is definitely plenty of us to caravan with- we will have a rental car and would love to caravan with you and DD.

I only watch SP every now and then. I need to watch the whole show. I only saw the Mickey part and the part where Kenny and the other kids went backstage. How mad do you think Disney and the Jonas Brothers were?
