We haven't gotten to the chapter in Girl Scouts yet where it covers Mt. Dew as part of being prepared. Maybe when it's my turn to send snacks with DD, I'll send Mt. Dew and a bottle of rum (to help the leaders be prepared)

Everytime she gets one she IMs me and says....who is this? I just say...podcast cruise...she says ok. Then she says, "They keep giving me their Dis name like that helps me"

You guys are out-of-control-posting again. I'm only on page 31 so far....

When I was in the shower this morning, there were enough sirens to make it sound like the SWAT team was chasing a criminal around my block. Once I came out to my car, there were 3 county sheriff cars, an ambulance, and at least to un-marked cars across the street and a couple doors down. All this around 6am. Hope everything is okie dokie. I don't know those neighbours, they don't wave or nod back.

It was just my 9:00 client. They were expected.

Wow. Some folks are just vicious. I might like to play devil's advocate, but I try to do it nicely. I've never visited the Community Board, and if this is what they are like there; I never will.

I'm confused about why someone would post something only later edit it away as if trying to erase what they said. Or why someone would be so spitefully and stubbornly argumentative.

I think I will stick up here in PodCast Land. We is happy people. We may not all agree, but we know that we can still get along and act like adults. (Well, we act like kids most of the time....but respectful kids.)

Oh and is there such thing as brownie cake? Not a cake brownie, but brownie cake. One of my sisters brought brownie pie to Christmas last year, and man oh man was it delicious. {Note to self: make brownie pie this weekend}

The CB is a totally different universe. I like a more intimate crowd myself.

As I'm printing off my door magnets, I have realized that we don't have a door magnet for the podcast cruise. Has anyone designed one????

I'm hoping I don't have to send them. I think if I send them then I will have to mail back the gifts I get. Is there a place close by so I can send them home? I won't have a car so I would have to take a taxi.

The hotel front desk can help you ship them. I think they do UPS and Fedex.
