First Ever DISUnplugged Podcast Cruise, 11th and Final Thread

I DID sleep in!!! It's 6:30! Normally I've already run 3 miles and am preparing for a morning meeting!!

I've tried to be a morning person. Really, I have. I just didn't take.

DH for some ungodly reason has decided this would be a good time to use a B&B gift certificate we have so my parents are staying with the young'uns when we head out to pastoral (rainy) virginia. I'm trying to think positive but all I can think about is the stuff I still need to do for the cruise.

I did get the online check-in done last night that SOMEONE kept harping about. (kevin)

I can not believe the cruise is next week!

I brought the luggage from my mom's into the city so I can start packing. I keep telling myself "I will not over pack" I will not over pack"

I am having issues with shoes as well.....and everything else for that matter

when we went to maui for our honeymoon I somehow managed pulling off that my luggage weighed under 50 pounds so I didnt have to pay the fee. I guess it was because summer clothes are smaller and lighter than winter clothes.

HELLO!!!!

Busy day today. Have to get all of our Homeowners Assocation stuff done today. It's time for annual dues and yard sale next weekend (darn I'm going to miss that).

Got my flatties all cut out last night, I just need to attach their heads and they will be done. 1 suitcase is packed and ready. As far as shoes I have sneakers, 2 pairs of flips, black dressy heels, white sandals, and my black wedge sandals. So that's 6 pairs.

My feet don't do dressy. I have black sandals and brown sandals. I may bring sneakers.

Two pair of sneakers for me. Alicia won't let me bring my boots!

I vacation with 3 pairs of Crocs flip flops and just rotate them. For the cruise, I am adding a pair of black Crocs Patricias and a pair of white Soffts sandals.

I handled the "tanning" issue by getting a slight sunburn in Disneyland.

I am very excited, but find since I am back, that I am now on Pacific time - that must change!!!

I've decided shoes wise I'm taking 2 pairs of Crocs beach style - one pink and the other Disney light blue ones, my silver Crocs - Mary Janes, a silver pair of flip flops and some flat ballet style black evening shoes

DH is taking sneakers and a pair of black shoes.

I also want to say THANK YOU for being such a great resource over the many months. If you worked for me there would be a big bonus in your future (Hi Pete!)... I figure if we all buy you one glass of wine on the cruise you may not remember the cruise!!!!!

In one week at this hour we will be making bloody marys out of the trunk of the car in the parking lot at the port (virgins will be available)

I'm not 100% sure, but pretty sure that the official thread for the second podcast cruise won't be available until May 31 or June 1. I think there's one out there that you all can chatter on until I get back from vacation. Otherwise, I'll never keep up.

DW flew out to Michael's they had Disney Cricut carts on sale today. She has three and needed a 4th one. She mentioned Cinderella so I guess that is the one she needed.
