First Choice 2008

DSIL has just tried to get a price for July 2008 with First Choice for 12 in a villa and was told that they won't do three week booking for July/August In fact travel agent told her that she would only get a price from Virgin.

Has anyone else heard this

I managed to get a price via the website for 21 nights, booked with MY Travel instead for 21 nights so there is other options rather than Virgin

have you not considered booking your own villa and book flights and car hire seperatley?

Have you tried ringing firstchoice direct? As its in 7 night blocks I shouldn't see it being a problem unless its a flight issue.I always used to book my med holidays direct through the brochure missing out the agent and always got it cheaper or try the website

We have just booked First Choice flights only, and are arranging our own accomodation.

I couldn't get a price from the website or HH for a 3 week booking at christmas. I rang First Choice directly and they were able to give me a price.

Although we book independantly these days as we find it much cheaper, more flexability and a lot more choice
