Yesterday was a rest day, but I still did something fitness-related. I bought new running shoes. :teeth: This morning I ran 5.3 miles in my new shoes and they felt great.

sheree, I am so impressed with your stamina. You are a workout queen!! I've seen that list on cathe.com and used it as one factor to decide which videos to order.

Got in a basic Taebo today and will do Cathe tomorrow. I keep searching the tv on Sat hoping for a new firm infommercial.
 
Hey, Sheree! Come post on the October exercise challenge and make sure I have your minutes right! If you are going to be busting your you-know-what :banana: with all this FIRM stuff, you deserve to see your numbers going up, up, up! :teeth:

Norma, you're impressed with me :confused3 I'm impressed with you. I always tell DH about you and your running. I hate to run!!! Hate it, hate it, hate it. Did I mention HATE IT! He's been running and he's like you can come with me. Nah, that's alright. I put in a Cathe and sweat it out here!!! I think all that running you are doing is most impressive! Then you do Cathe on top of that!!!!!! Keep up the good work.

OK so I finally get Bootcamp Taebo from netflix. It's called Ultimate Bootcamp and wow. I don't have the resistance bands but did what I could with what I have and this is definately an intermediate to advanced workout. Even the instuctors were having trouble during the time they wore the "billy" bands. But I really did like it and hope to get the complete set from Santa.

I did LowMax this morning. I always start this workout thinking "this isn't so bad" and by the end I'm sweating up a storm. I think I need something easy tomorrow.

Good morning everyone! When I woke up this morning my mind was saying 'Cathe' and my body was saying 'rest.' So I compromised and did the Firm -- Calorie Killer and the ab add-on from UCB.

Ladies what's going on? This am was Cathe highstep. This is a very good intermediate workout. I think once I'm caught up with bills I'll go dvd crazy and get some new ones. With the holidays around the corner it's a great motivator to keep me exercising.
 
What a wonderful Friday!! It is finally cool outside, which for Texas is saying alot!!!

I did the Viper this morning! 80 minutes of sweat I tell ya!!
