My favorite Cathe quote is from her IMAX 2 workout, which is the hardest pure cardio I own. It is near the very end of the w/o, and you are dying from just completing the hardest, HARDEST, HARDEST interval in the vid.--the Dreaded Interval 9. :scared1: You have only Interval 10 to go, which is a bit easier compared to #9, but you're already so wiped out you're nearly DOA. Cathe yells, "I know you're tired, but jump HIGHER!!!" :faint: The first time I did this w/o, dh heard me wheezing through Interval 9, then heard Cathe say her above quote, and yelled from the other room, "What the $%#! did she just say?!!!" :earseek: :teeth:

This am I did the Taebo workout. I am previewing the bootcamp series through netflix and don't have the Billy bands but I have to admit with those bands these are gonna be very good workouts. I think I will get them for myself for Christmas along with some Cathe.
 
Last time I did IMAX2 DH happened to walk into the room during Interval 9. Later he told me he couldn't believe I could keep up with Cathe. Yeah that Interval 9 is the single hardest cardio segment I've ever done. I'm always gasping for air by the end.

I ran 5 miles this morning. I ran the first 3 miles with DH who hasn't run in almost a month. He had to keep telling me to slow down. Thanks Cathe. :)
 
i am planning on going walking this afternoon if the weather gets better
 

Ok, so I come to post my exercise and what are you all discussing??? Imax 2!!! That is one heck of a workout out. I still haven't figured out which is harder interval 5 or 9. They both leave me wanting to kick somebody, literally!!! However, I think that low max is really close to that high intensity make ya want to pass out kind of workout!!! Gotta love that Cathe though! Today at church, people were talking about how my body keeps changing. Now understand I've been at goal since last Oct. I've only lost like another 5 pounds in the past year. But people are talking about how my legs look. My backside is leaner ( ya know that part from shoulder down to your lower back) and so are my arms. Cathe did that. I've gotten stamina and a toned, slim look that I had been trying to accomplish with the firm, but couldn't. Now I'm getting that lean look and I'm so happy!!! Especially now that jean wearing weather is here. I love me some jeans!

O.k. Today I did kickbox from crosstrain. Lady on ebay sent me the wrong tapes but refunded me my money and let me keep kickbox and maximum intensity strength. So, not to bad, 2 free workouts!

Well did the 30 minute step routine with Cathe. I feel like I'm cheating on the firm but I have to admit I really love Cathe and Taebo. I've noticed that I had gotten into a rut so it was really good for me to add new routines. Gonna go to Ebay to look up some bargains. For anyone wanting to try Cathe Netflix doesn't have her tapes but does have taebo and I went over to Blockbuster site and they have Cathe ones to try.
 
Hi guys!

I went on a three mile walk today...Then, all heck broke loose!!!

What a morning! I come home from my walk and trip over my own stupid, big size 9 feet and grab onto the nearest thing I could find to hopefully break my fall--a bookcase that holds our gerbil tank on top. Well, not only did I go crashing to the ground, but the gerbils do as well, and the 10 gallon GLASS aquarium shatters on the hardwood floor.

Glass everwhere...scurrying, bloody gerbils...three Chihuahuas on a mission to search and destroy bloody gerbils... Honestly, it was the most ridiculous sight I've ever seen. Fast forward several hours, a trip to Pet Smart, and a vet visit later for checkup and meds for Mango & Tango, and we're out nearly $100. Un-be-friggin-lievable. :headache:

I hope everyone's Monday is a little bit better than mine! :rolleyes: :teeth:

All this talk of Cathe workouts is makin' me jealous! :blush: I can't buy any until after we come back from WDW. The DVDs sound like they are worth the wait though. ::yes::

Hello, S&K'smom. I used to feel like I was cheating, but Cathe has a style that is so motivating, that you really do think you can do what she does. I hate to admit that I like her kickboxing more than Billy's though. It's harder and I like that challenge, although I really love Taebo.

Tracy,don't feel bad. Just ya know start looking them over and deciding which ones to get and everything like that. Ebay is a great place to start. That's where I got my tapes from. I'm looking for some more and looking forward to the new series.

O.k. I did High step challenge, but just the 52 minute premix. I was taking pictures this afternoon, but I so wanted to get in a good workout.

Good morning, did the body fusion part of the Cathe video and wow. Was I tired at the end just about gave up. But managed to get there. I did bid on one tape on ebay of Cathe's just to give an advanced one a try but I dont' expect to get through it the first time. I think I'll get to an ab tape tomorrow.

Morning everyone! Yesterday I did Bootcamp. I discovered another move that kicks my butt. . . . terminator thrusts!! They're hard to describe but I couldn't keep up with Cathe and her crew. I look at it as another challenge. Someday I WILL do them all. :cheer2: Today is a rest day; back to Cathe tomorrow.

I could always do the down, out, scissor, scissor, out and in, but rarely the up! And just when you think you're done, she does ANOTHER SET!!! :headache: :teeth:

Got in jiggle free abs with our Allie this am. With two Cathe workouts in a row I thought I'd concentrate on abs today.
 
Good morning all!! Yeah, that boot camp is something else too isn't it

I did firm abs and the band portion of stretch max this morning. I'm gearing up for tomorrow's viper workout. The running time of that workout honestly has me scared to death :scared: :faint: It doesn't look easy, nor with Cathe do I expect it to be. So I took it easy this morning. If you don't hear from me for a couple of days, that means she did me in :teeth: J/K I know how to just faint and wake back up and start again!!
