Firm Thread May 1-31st

Morning firmies, got in about a 1/2 hour when DS woke up and I can't complain as he hasn't done that in a while. But at least I got in a bit of ab work and a good sweat. I'm hoping things are finally shifting so to speak. I've been trying to workout every day and I know I know should rest but I'm afraid of not getting those workout endorphans (sp?) as I am completely off meds and trying to keep calm!!!!! Me calm ;)
