Firm,Taebo,Cathe and whatever Thread

Is that the Complete Aerobic and Weight Training tape? I love that one. Yesterday I did Cardio and Weights. Today was IMAX2. It feels so good to be exercising regularly again. Although I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle with chocolate.
 
Yes that's the one. I must say I like the older tapes BSS1, 2 as they aren't as flashy as the newer ones, know what I mean?
 
I agree about the BSS1 and BSS2 videos. My favorites are from those 2 series.

I did Muscle Endurance this morning. It's a good total body workout. TOM arrived so at least the chocolate cravings should subside.
 
Got in the allie tape from BSS2 which I love. With the eating extravaganza coming up I'm trying to get in some calorie killer workouts.
 

Hello ladies!! I'm back! Boy is it great to be back. I had a blast in DIsney and with that Dining plan, tried lots of great restaurants. Got on the scale and even with TOM coming, haven't gained a pound. I guess I just walked to dang much!!! Much more later...............

Yesterday was a rest day. Today I did Low Max. I also did a lot of housecleaning because DD is coming home for the holidays tomorrow.

It's getting hectic around here -- DD is home for the holidays, DS has basketball games nearly every day, last minute shopping, etc. I'm still getting my exercise in regularly, but I don't get online as much. Anyway, yesterday I did Muscle Max. Today the temperature finally got into the low 40's, warm enough for me to run. So I went out and ran 4.1 miles in the rain and enjoyed every minute of it.

Oh I've been so bad this week. But I'm gonna spend a few minutes rearranging my tapes and really committing to the new year,
 
Good evening everyone. I hate checking in this late, but this last minute running around is a pain!!!! I did push/pull today. My muscles protested weights!!! Oh well, they'll get back into the swing of things.

S&k'smom, not a single pound. I think that when all of this is finished I might even have lost some weight!! I walked my tail off in Disney. You should have seen me. I figured since I wasn't working out at home, I was going to get in some serious walking time, and it worked. It felt great. Now I've lost my motivation to exercise because of Tom. Will it come already!!!!!!!! Anyway, Coronado springs was wonderful. So much better than I would have thought. I really loved the food court, lots of food to choose from. Because of that, it was easy to stay on SBD. I didn't stray not even once!! I keep hearing Cathe talking about eating clean, and so I did. Even Sun., for christmas, all lower carb foods, but really indulgent desserts with out the carbs. I can't wait! I love all the cooking I do this time of year.

Norma, the above message was for you too! How are you doing? I wish I could run like you, but I just don't have it in me.

Today was Bootcamp. My glutes are still a bit sore from yesterday's run. I'll try to get in 2 more days of exercise and take Christmas off.

sheree', so glad you had a fun time. We stayed at Coronado Springs for 1 night last year. I, too, liked it and would definitely stay there again. Wow, that's so impressive that you stayed on SBD the entire time.

s&k'smom, you might as well just enjoy the holidays and recommit in the new year. I can't believe another year is almost over.
 
Thanks Norma. It was a challenge with all the goodies around. Especially since you got dessert with all the meals!!!! However by the time I finished with my food, I didn't have room for junk!

s&k'smom, I agree wtih Norma. You should enjoy your self and recommit, both to diet and exercise. The New Year always brings about a new committment!

I did low max this morning. After all that walking, my body is protesting Cathe. It'll get used to it again real soon.

Hi ladies!

We've been back from WDW for almost a week and I am still having a problem getting back into the groove of everyday life. In the 3 weeks I have been gone, I have managed 2 (count 'em....2!) whole workouts. :guilty: I did do a lot of walking while at Disney, but I am really feeling the need to get a good sweat dripping, butt kicking workout in. (Calling Cathe.... Oh, Cathe!!!!! :rotfl:) The next week will be super busy for us, so my plan is to really rev it up in 2006! :goodvibes

WDW was wonderful! Some new things we did: MVMCP (a blast!), Beach Club Villas (My fave resort now! :love: ), the "Kitchen Sink" from Beaches and Cream (yummy yum yum! :love: ), and Soarin at Epcot (DH and DD3= :teeth: ; me and my DD5= :scared1:) I hope to post a mini-trip report soon and I will send a link if anyone is interested. We had a great time and I can't wait to go back! :Pinkbounc

Afternoon all! This morning I did IMAX2. I think this has become my favorite workout video. Somehow I've lost a couple of pounds this month. But I won't be surprised if I gain it back over the next few days. The 23rd through the 25th of Dec. are always tough for me; between birthday cheesecake (today), cookie baking (tomorrow), and Christmas, I tend to indulge a little too much.

tracy, glad to see you posting again. Definitely post a link when you do your mini-trip report. It'll be a few years before I can talk DH into another WDW trip, so I have to live vicariously through other people's trips.
 
Norma, it has become my favorite too! Go figure. I don't even mind intervals 5 and 9 anymore.

Just in case we don't post tomorrow, I pray everyone has a blessed Christmas. Be safe and may your days be wonderful...................
