I'm feeling very unmotivated lately, I guess with so much going on at home it's tough but I do have a 30 minute firm tape for tomorrow. It may not be much but at least it's something.

Hardcore extreme this morning, interval training. Getting in the last of the workouts.

The dr. said I could start doing light workouts.
He said to start about 50% of max heart rate. But since I never go by my heart rate, I figured I'd just start with easy workouts and see how I feel. He also said no heavy lifting for several more days. Today I did Cardio Sculpt Blaster and the abs section from Cardio & Weights. My plan is to add a little more time and intensity each session until I'm back to Cathe. It feels good to exercise again even if I hardly worked up a sweat.
