Good afternoon FIRMies!
It's so nice to come to the thread and read everyone's fine progress! You guys are such an inspiration to me and I appreciate the support and encouragement I get when I come here. Saturday was a rest day for me - I really needed it. This afternoon I did ab sculpt with Lisa Kaye and since adding the advance moves, this work out has become quite the challenge!
I'm happy to report that I have officially lost 3.5 pounds this week and not only reached my April 1 challenge of losing 10 pounds but I've lost an additional 1.5 pounds!

I even earned the right to snagged a 45 pound clippie! I'm really happy to have reached this goal and have only 7.5 pounds to reach my next 10% goal and from their my next stop is onederland.
Melanie - you are such an inspiration on this thread! Thanks so much for giving me a description of BSS3. It sounds too advanced for me so I'll probably end up with BSS2 when I'm ready. You keep rocking girl!!!!
Kim - big big {{{{{hugs}}}} to you my WISH-sis. I hope all is well with you. It's nice to see you posting here and I hope you are able to keep up your work out routine despite everything that's going on. PM me anytime!
Tracy - isn't this weather just great today? The sun is shining and even though it's a little breezy, it's so nice to feel the warmth on your skin. Get out there and enjoy!!!
Cheryl - I'm sure you'll reach your goal of 3 FIRM work outs and 3 treddie work outs for the coming week and we're here to support you!
Amanda - you are doing an awesome job! I don't have any of the BSS2 tapes but I hope to be able to work my way up to feeling like I can use them when I reach onederland. I think I'll make that my reward. Keep up the great work!!!!
