Hello everyone,
Saturday morning before I left for NC I did Total Sculpt plus Abs.
Sunday we slept in till 12pm (GASP) and did the race and Monday we were up early to drive home. Sunday and Monday were rest days.
Yesterday I did Cardio Split.
This morning I didn't get up because I forgot to take my allergy pill last night and felt horrible this morning. I will try to get 2.5 miles on the treadmill tonight.
I did so good with eating on the way to NC, and we had planned on going to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner where I had my points all planned out. It was too late when we got there and checked in to the hotel and the wait was over an hour. We opted to go somewhere else and we ended up at a Mexican Restaurant. Unfortunately I ate way too much and used that as an excuse to eat whatever I wanted the rest of the trip. Once I officially get to where I want to be in terms of weight I want to be able to eat whatever I want on vacations and just watch what I eat normally the rest of the time (about another 5lbs below goal, if I can get back down to the goal weight).
Yesterday I did well and so far today. I already was down over 2 of the pounds I put on over the weekend. Gasp I was up almost 6lbs over my goal weight!!
The next few weeks I must be GOOD or I will not make my maintenance at my WW meeting.
SM4987- Body Sculpt is such a killer. Upping your weights when they get easy is a such a good thing. I got 12lb Neoprene weights at Sports Authority. I am glad I had them versus the 15lb ones. I will soon be looking at 15lb ones. I especially need them on Lat Rows.
S&K's mom- SOunds like you had some great workouts over the weekend!! I don't seem to ever work out on vacation, even if I say I want to. I never have enough time or am too busy!!
Tracy- Great job on taking the parts from the video's you need to do. I always feel like I have to do the whole darn thing. Oh, and Super Cardio Sculpt ROCKS! I love the music in that one!! It is SO SO much fun! It's my favorite cardio tape as far as music and fun!
Lisa- I love Super Body Sculpt too! The lower body on that makes me so tired I want to pass out. Sort of like on Body Sculpt. I think its because they do the upper body then the lower body. Your muscles don't get to relax, lol!
