I hope you had a wonderful weekend!::yes:: I haven't worked out today, but I may do Cardio Sculpt Blaster and Ab Sculpt later on this evening. Just depends on how I feel after the cookout. Have a great Monday!

This morning I did Super Cardio Sculpt again. That is one intense and great work out. I feel so good!! Even sitting here at the computer now I feel so energized!

I did picked 4 workouts from the firm super cardio mix and then I did the whole total sculpt plus abs workout.

Hi Lisa!:wave: I just read your post in the other thread about Super Cardio Sculpt with Nancy. I think I am going to look into buying this video to help me kick-up my routines a bit. Thanks for the information!:Pinkbounc

I did manage to get Cardio Sculpt Blaster and Ab Sculpt in around 9:00p.m. It's weird because I always work out in the morning. Two problems that came up with working out at night: #1. I am drinking a ton of water right before bed.:eek: #2. I was so hungry after working out that I ate raviolli with my girls.:( Oops!

Good afternoon FIRMies!

This morning I did super body sculpt (upper and lower) and feel just great!

Tracy - I hope you can pick up the super cardio sculpt with Nancy. That's one fabulous work out. Let me know what you think if you get it and I hope it helps kick up your work outs! Now stay away from the ravioli!:teeth: Maybe both Sheree and I can tell Mickey and Minnie you said hi and you'll be seeing them soon! I can't believe I leave in a few days!

Sheree - awesome work out! Are you planning on work out on vacation? I thought I could use the facilities at the GF for free since I'm DVC but I can only use the DVC faciltiies for free so we'll be using the walking/jogging trail in the early mornings instead. Have a fabulous trip!

I did Cardio Sculpt Blaster this morning. I feel so good

Lisa, I think I am going to workout while I'm there. I know that in 10 days, I'm gonna get in a lot of walking, but since the Dolphins facilities are free, I might just hop in there for a little weight training. I don't want to lose any of this great definition that I have going on in my body while I'm away. I looked in the mirror this morning and said whose legs are those?????:teeth: I fell out laughing. They were pretty cute if I can say that of myself. My shorts don't fit anymore. I'm losing clothes like crazy. Hey, I'm not complaing
 
Good morning!
Today will be just the aerobics part of MCB. No standing legs or abs for me today. Then, I will try and get the Upper Body section of Body Sculpt in. Normally, I would do the entire Body Sculpt video, but DH had me do lower body for his workout yesterday and I am sore!:crazy:

Morning firmies, back at the office after an extended weekend. Sunday I worked out but can't remember which tape, Oh wait here it comes, firm cardio, Monday firm sculpt and today Firm super cardio (with Jen on the cover) holy mother of God it's a tough one. 49 minutes of cardio. By the end I was marching alot but I did sweat alot.

sm4987 doesn't it feel great to see the legs shaping up.

I can't believe you guys workout while at WDW. I have no willpower there. My goal is to sometimes choose the healthier option when ordering like the carrot sticks instead of the fries. I've got a few months to go so we'll see!
 
I did the firm Body Sculpt today. I haven't done this workout in a while and forgot how challenging it is. I am using 10 pound weights for my heavy set, and boy did I feel it today. As a matter of fact, I'm going to up all my weights, 8 pound, 10 pound and maybe 12 to 15 pounds. In college I worked out with weights a lot, and stopped when we moved. Now I find that the 5 pound weights are entirely to light. So onward and upwards :)
 
Hello everyone,

Saturday morning before I left for NC I did Total Sculpt plus Abs.
Sunday we slept in till 12pm (GASP) and did the race and Monday we were up early to drive home. Sunday and Monday were rest days.

Yesterday I did Cardio Split.

This morning I didn't get up because I forgot to take my allergy pill last night and felt horrible this morning. I will try to get 2.5 miles on the treadmill tonight.

I did so good with eating on the way to NC, and we had planned on going to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner where I had my points all planned out. It was too late when we got there and checked in to the hotel and the wait was over an hour. We opted to go somewhere else and we ended up at a Mexican Restaurant. Unfortunately I ate way too much and used that as an excuse to eat whatever I wanted the rest of the trip. Once I officially get to where I want to be in terms of weight I want to be able to eat whatever I want on vacations and just watch what I eat normally the rest of the time (about another 5lbs below goal, if I can get back down to the goal weight).

Yesterday I did well and so far today. I already was down over 2 of the pounds I put on over the weekend. Gasp I was up almost 6lbs over my goal weight!!

The next few weeks I must be GOOD or I will not make my maintenance at my WW meeting.

SM4987- Body Sculpt is such a killer. Upping your weights when they get easy is a such a good thing. I got 12lb Neoprene weights at Sports Authority. I am glad I had them versus the 15lb ones. I will soon be looking at 15lb ones. I especially need them on Lat Rows.

S&K's mom- SOunds like you had some great workouts over the weekend!! I don't seem to ever work out on vacation, even if I say I want to. I never have enough time or am too busy!!

Tracy- Great job on taking the parts from the video's you need to do. I always feel like I have to do the whole darn thing. Oh, and Super Cardio Sculpt ROCKS! I love the music in that one!! It is SO SO much fun! It's my favorite cardio tape as far as music and fun!

Lisa- I love Super Body Sculpt too! The lower body on that makes me so tired I want to pass out. Sort of like on Body Sculpt. I think its because they do the upper body then the lower body. Your muscles don't get to relax, lol!

Kimmie- If your reading- HI my friend!! Keep up the great work!!

Sheree - I'm so impressed with your using heavy weights! You go girl!

This morning I did cardio sculpt blaster with Lisa Kay. Great work out as always. I'm feeling a bit under the weather (isn't that just the way before vacation) but I pushed through anyway and I'm glad I did work out.

Morning, today was super body sculpt with OK I know how bad I am with names and it escapes me. But I used the 8lb weight for almost all exercises and boy oh boy did I sweat. But it felt great. I think Sat will be my rest day as DD's birthday is that day and I'll be cleaning like a mad woman.
 
Good morning Firmies.

I can't believe it's Thursday already. Every weekend should be 3 days!!

I did Cardio Sculpt today. Boy am I having a hard time getting up. I pushed it till the last minute today. I need to work on getting up a few minutes earlier. Last night I ran 1mile and walked another 1.5 for a total of 2.5 miles on the TM.

My scale showed 132.8 today, so at least it responded to the lowering of points and has quickly recovered. I am so glad my body responds well to getting back on track.

S&K's mom- Great job on using the 8lb weights. Have a great rest day on Saturday and enjoy DD's Birthday!!

Lisa- Have a wonderful time on vacation. I wish it was close to my vacation. I go in November and I can't wait. Hope you get to feeling better before leaving!!

I can't believe that its June 3rd already. The last month has really flown by. I haven't done my workouts as much as I'd haved in the past 2 weeks. But, working at the store has had me doing more walking and hover squats lately, so I think they should count for my exercise clippie. Don't you?

I have just done my measurements and was a little surprised. Some things actually went down. So here they are:

Waist: 45 in
Hips: 50 in
Upper arms: 16.5 in
Lower arms: 12 in
Thighs: 27.5 in
Calves: 19 in
Chest: 47.5 in

All in all not a bad set. Lower arms are a new measurement. I never thought of measuring them in the beginnning, but now i wanna know how they are in relation to my upper arms. So now i know. My hips are down a little. My thighs really surprised me by going down a bit too.

To top it all off, I'm now 2.5lbs away from my 20lb clippie. That was a nice shock. In a few minutes I'll be off to go do my As with Lisa, haven't done it since work started. I did do the Upper body part of BS yesterday. I still have to figure out how to get all 3 tapes back into my rotation, but i will. I don't wanna lose what i've started.

:wave2: I started to take the day off today, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. So I did the maximum cardio burn plus abs. What a workout::yes:: I figure I'm leaving Sunday, and I might as well get some more exercise in. My muscles though feel like they are screaming for me to take some time off. OUCH

Morning my friends. First let's complain about PMS. Why do you pants feel so different during that most annoying time. Ok done whining!

Today was lower body sculpt II with Libby. Plus I started my sauce for DD's birthday. So it was a good quick workout and able to get prepared for the big day. Have a great weekend everybody.

SM4987 have a great trip I envy you, last year at this time DD and I were prepping for her birthday trip!
 
Good Friday Morning everyone,

This morning I ran 1.5 miles and walked 1.25 mile on the TM. Friday's are a good day to get a rigourous workout since Friday's are Pizza night and I always seem to go out to lunch with the Girls.

S&K's mom- Have a great weekend with DD's Birthday. Hope the PMS goes away quickly. Thank goodness the pants tightness is only temporary!!

Tracy- I like Total Sculpt too. I finally did it last Saturday again. Now that I have so many tapes and I only do plain sculpt once a week, I really don't get to do it too often!

SM4987- Good for you for not taking the day off. I did the same thing last Saturday by getting up to work out prior to driving to NC. I was so glad I did, and its kind of like that last little workout before going away. At least you'll get some rest on your vacation have a wonderful time.

Octoberbride- Great job on loosing inches and getting closer to that 20lb clippie. You are doing such a great job. Glad you are still able to get workouts in. Keep at it, even though its hard to find the time, its so worth it!
