It does not. It's because I was very adamant on the boards that, that would happen.

I’ve been surprised about that. Either folks are doing better than I expected and love Disney, or they’re underwater so can’t sell high enough to recoup their loans. I suspect the latter…

I suspect this is at least partly an offshoot of the K-shaped economy. People who own DVC are a lot more likely to be in the "upper arm" of the K, so they are probably doing Just Fine, Thanks. Even with the Dues coming in, they take a look at their brokerage statement, see Number Go Up, and think "cool."

Never mind that Number doesn't always Go Up....we've had a sideways market for a quarter now, and I am not particularly optimistic about the next year or two. So, if you are looking for a bargain, just hang on. They may be coming.

I agree with the K shaped economy but suspect not everyone in DVC is in the right hand side of the K. And also think we are in for some rough times economically that haven’t been fully realized yet.
