I did the 3 combos in Step Blast and the hi-lo premix of Step, Jump & Pump. I'm still fighting this cold, so exercising is a bit of a struggle right now.
melanie, for a good fat burning cardio workout, I agree with sheree' about LowMax. It's a great low impact sweat fest. IMAX2 is a tough interval workout that will improve your cardio capacity; it's something most people have to work up to. Cardio & Weights is a good intermediate circuit workout alternating cardio step segments with upper body weight segments. It's not too tough and not too easy. For sculpting or weight work only, I would suggest Muscle Max. It's a good total body workout that you can make as easy or tough as you like by varying the weights. Good luck with your decision.
