Firm/Cathe/Taebo, Let's get it started!!!!

Today is a rest day. I had fun at last night's kickbox class. There was one part the instructor called the "turbo" section. After we finished the 1 1/2 minute high intensity "turbo" section, everyone was walking around gasping for air and I was standing there thinking "Is that it?" I guess doing Cathe's intensity blasts has really conditioned my heart!
 
Pyramid Upper Body for me today. My shoulders were actually a little sore from the kickbox class Thursday night.

This morning I did the step portion of Step, Jump and Pump and Pyramid Lower Body. I also threw in the ab section from Cardio and Weights. I haven't been sleeping well lately and I've been really tired lately. I hope this is just a phase.
 
Kick Max for me today. I'm hoping those leg conditioning drills help get rid of the jiggle in my legs.
 
Power Hour for me this morning.

Norma, I know how you feel. I haven't been sleeping very good either, and boy is it affecting my workouts!
 
I did Low Max this morning. I had almost talked myself into doing one of the 45 minute premixes, but I decided I would feel guilty if I did a shorter version. Maybe I'm a little too obsessive about working out. :confused3
 
Good evening everyone! KPC for me this afternoon. DH pulled his tendon in his leg. We are off to the orthapedic surgeon tomorrow to find out if he totally pulled it or just tore it. Jan. sure has been a hard hectic month! Oh well.

Yesterday I did Muscle Endurance in the morning and a kickbox class in the evening. I had asked the instructor last week about getting my heartrate up, so this week she added a couple of high intensity options. Today is a rest day.

sheree', I hope your DH recovers quickly from his injury.
 
Thanks!! Even though it's not on the schedule, I am taking a rest day. I met the Jan. Exercise challenge, and now I know that I can focus on what I want to do next month. I'm looking for the next 2 months to be strength training. It's almost short sleeve weather, and I want my arms to look good. So, I'm in search of a good rotation!
 
Ok. Body max for me today since I skipped it yesterday. That is a killer workout, but you really feel good in the end.

Rest day for me. Today is the end of that killer Jan rotation. Boy. Now I'm in search of another rotation that will start builing up my muscles and leaning me out!!!!!
 
I ran 5.3 miles today. I can deal with rain and cold OK, but I hate wind, especially running uphill into a cold headwind. It was a slow run and I sure am glad I'm done.

Good afternoon everyone! Gym style legs for me today. I thought legs and glutes was a good lower body workout, but this one has even more of an OUCH factor. I think I'm gonna be very, very sore in the morning!!!!
