Fireworks Marriage Proposal?????

My brother is going to surprise his girlfriend in a few months with a trip to Disneyland and a marriage proposal. I thought it would be SOOOO romantic if he were to have a fireworks display with her name and the words "Will you marry me?" I spoke to someone at Disneyland and they said they don't do that. I don't believe them because I know it's been done before. Do any of you know for a fact this can be done and who my brother can talk to?

I haven't heard of this being done before. I think they don't do it because of all the money it would cost and time to set it up, but if he is willing to pay for it, I think they should let him.
My fiance proposed to me during the fireworks at Magic Kingdom in Disney World and even though there was many other people around, I completely blocked them out and it felt like the fireworks were just for me. So if they won't do the personalized fireworks, he can still propose under fireworks and make her feel like a princess!

That is SOOOOO romantic how your boyfriend proposed. I don't see why Disneyland would NOT do a personalized fireworks display for my brother. It costs the park $12,000 a night for the whole display, I wonder how much they would charge for a personalized display. I'm not going to give up until I hear what I want to hear.

I think that would be a very romantic way to propose but I really dont think they will do something like that and I have never heard of something like that being done at Disney... and I cant even imagine what it would cost if they did... Let us know what you find out!

i remember when they did the episode of full house at magic kingdom with a proposal, it was so sweet but i think that was just for the show.

disney discontinued there engagement packages years ago so i dont know if that would even be a possibility. i do know you can have a private firework display at the wdw wedding pavilion for your wedding but it costs $2,500.
