We only have one day of our trip where the fireworks and Fantasmic are happening (Sat 10/29). There are 2 Fantasmic shows, but we're leaving fairly early for the airport the next morning so I don't think my little ones (6, 3, and infant) can be out late enough for the 10:15 show. Is there a place that we can see the fireworks AND Fantasmic from decently? I don't want to miss Tinkerbell flying - my 3yo DD would be heartbroken. We've seen the WDW Fantasmic but I hear this is much better. However, I know that we won't be able to stake out a spot an hour early for Fantasmic without missing the fireworks. Or can we? Let me know if you have any thoughts. The fireworks that day are at 8:40 and the first Fantasmic show is at 9. Thanks!

I really don't think it would be possible. Fantasmic! will be starting immediately after the fireworks, and it would be so hard to get all of you there.

Asking this again for this year's trip. We only have one day (10/20) where we can do fireworks & Fantasmic. Planning on the 9pm show for Fantasmic. Does such a spot exist? Even if we can't actually see Tink, since we saw her last year? I can't remember the layout of the park very well. Is Fantasmic done by the time fireworks are starting? Fireworks are at 9:30 that night.

If you don't mind not seeing the castle, your best bet is to watch fantasmic from the far right, closer to Fantasyland than Haunted Mansion. That way, you will be able to see the Fireworks right after Fantasmic is done.

This is what we did last time and we got to see the Fireworks very well. Plus, the music from the Fireworks was playing in that area.

Awesome! This was exactly what I needed to know. Any suggestions on how early to arrive to our "spot" for a 9pm show on a Saturday in Oct? Not sure how bad crowds will be but I know the show is only on Sat & Sun this time of year.

I second this. We were more towards the Frontierland area (pretty much across from Stage Door Cafe). Facing the water we were to the right of center sitting on the ground. We were able to see the fireworks from there and we saw Tink fly. Granted she was smaller from where we were and you weren't going to see her face, but you could see her clearly and the kids knew right away who it was. She just looked more fairy sized than full grown human sized. LOL My kids were totally happy with our view and thought it was cool because we could see both. We had a short trip and didn't have enough time to see all the shows on their own so this worked rather well for us.

I think you would have to be there at least one to two hours before showtime. Recently crowds have been reported to be crazy!

I suggest that you go take some thing to eat for take out, pick your spot and eat there.

Also, make sure you go to the restroom before!

Enjoy!
