We get dressed up for our last evening and are spending dinner at CRT. I booked ressies during fireworks times and had asked 18 times for a window seat. I had already noted on my ressie that I got my Master's the week before and this was our celebration trip, Josh had called back and added the engagement thing. So we wander around the castle and watch Spectro Magic, and check in for our reservation. They tell us to come back in 15 minutes, so we do. Once we come back, we are waiting in the lobby of the castle to take our picture with Cindy. Josh asked for the sword and I got the princess wand!!! When we met Cindy she was very excited that I was getting married to my prince too. I'll have to search for the Photopass, it's been ages, but it was a SUPER cute picture of us and Cinderella.
So we go and sit and wait longer. People who got there after us are being seated way before us. I'm kinda confused, but hoping that it's taking so long so that we can get our window seat!!!! Finally they call us and we make our way up the winding stair case to our table. It's basically as far away from the window as you can get, but has some castle confetti on it. I have last day blues already and you can barely see the windows from where I am and I know that I'm going to miss Wishes on my last night. I start crying really hard. Needless to say, Josh explains my issue to the hostess and she takes us back downstairs and says she'll see what she can do. I feel like such a bratty idiot.
The crowd downstairs dwindles. Finally we are called and make our way up the winding staircase. Will we get the window view?
