Yes it already passed...Disney is just upset they got a good deal. They will sometimes not give a response on these resales and then you end up having the broker call them and proceed with the assumption that it passed.

They said we are still scheduled to close in two weeks so sounds like it. Wish we would have heard....

Officially my rep suggested I would hear on the 13 so we kept aiming for that date. Today is the 14 so we are a bit down. Today is day # 29 in the wait. We hope they waive at this point too

My DD # 2 is sooooooooooo excited knowing we are buying a DVC!

We just purchased three VGC resale contracts and we received ROFR on day 30 for all 3 of them. Then, we needed to wait for the closing to finish up...another couple weeks...then Disney needed to put us in the system before we could access the points.

FYI, you are in the system before they send notification so if you're really anxious, you can call member services with your contract number from your broker about a week after your broker tells you they've notified Disney of your recording.
